It’s been since December that I injured my ankle and achilles tendon. While I can walk now and I can jog up to 7 miles without too much discomfort, my left ankle still hurts throughout my daily life. I still can’t walk down stairs correctly, I put my weight on my uninjured side, and my left ankle is very stiff every morning when I wake up.
Will my left ankle/lower calf, ever get back to a state where it is pain free and 100% strong?
It’s been 7 months now.
